01The service
These terms are a contract between you and SymphonicGrow, the operator of Voyzim (“we”, “us”), for the use of the Voyzim website, dashboard and travel eSIM plans. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them, together with our privacy policy and refund policy.
Voyzim sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. We are not a mobile network operator: your data travels over networks run by our connectivity partners in each destination. We arrange access to those networks; they carry the traffic.
02Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and your eSIM QR codes private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account or a QR code has been used without your permission. Give us accurate contact details and keep them up to date; we send receipts and important service notices to the email on your account.
03Plans, pricing and validity
- Prepaid. Every plan is paid in full at checkout. There is no recurring subscription or automatic overage charge: when your data runs out, the connection stops until you top up.
- Activation and validity. Each plan states when its validity begins and any deadline to install or activate it. These conditions vary by plan; follow the details shown at checkout and in your installation instructions.
- Data allowances are measured by the partner network and shown in your dashboard. Small differences between the dashboard and your phone’s own counter are normal; the network’s figure is the one that applies.
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says they are added. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; a plan you have already bought is not affected.
- Top-ups add data to an active plan and, unless the plan page says otherwise, keep the existing validity window.
04Device requirements
A Voyzim eSIM only works on a device that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. It is your responsibility to check this before buying; our compatibility guide explains how. We cannot refund a plan because a device turns out to be locked or not to support eSIM.
Each QR code can be installed once, on one device. Deleting the eSIM profile from your phone removes it permanently. Replacement profiles are at our discretion and may not be available for expired or used plans.
05Acceptable and fair use
You agree not to use a Voyzim eSIM to:
- break any law or the terms of the partner network you are on;
- send spam, run a commercial hotspot, resell connectivity or provide service to third parties;
- operate in fixed installations, vehicles, IoT devices or machines without our written agreement;
- interfere with, probe or overload any network, or attempt to obtain more data or validity than you paid for.
Fair use. Plans are intended for personal use while travelling. Partner networks may apply their own fair-use rules, including reduced speeds after very high consumption or limits on tethering. Plans described as “unlimited”, if offered, are subject to the fair-use threshold shown on the plan page. We may suspend a plan that is being used in breach of this section.
06Refunds
Refund eligibility, how to request one and processing times are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unused, uninstalled eSIMs within 30 days are refundable; installed eSIMs that never connected because of a verified fault on our side are refundable; partially used and expired plans are not.
07Availability and coverage
Coverage, speeds and supported network technologies (for example 4G or 5G) depend on the partner networks in each destination and on your device. Coverage information on the site is provided in good faith from our partners and is indicative only: it is not a guarantee of service in any particular place, building or moment.
Mobile networks are subject to congestion, maintenance, outages and local conditions outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Where we can, we will tell you about known issues in your dashboard.
08Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, missed connections or bookings, or losses caused by a partner network, your device, or your failure to follow installation instructions.
A Voyzim eSIM is a data-only service. It does not support emergency calls; keep your home SIM active or use a local phone for emergencies.
09Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time through the contact form. Active plans continue to work until they expire but are not refunded on account closure.
We may suspend or end a plan or account, with notice where practical, if you breach these terms, if a payment is reversed, if a partner network requires it, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we end a plan for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused portion.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or a right to bring a complaint before another competent court, consumer commission or authority where the law permits it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service, our partners or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date and notify account holders of material changes as required by applicable law. Plans bought before a change stay on the terms that applied when you bought them.
