Turn airplane mode on for ten seconds, then off. Make sure the Voyzim line is turned on and Data Roaming is enabled for it. If the phone still searches, choose a partner network manually under network selection.

BrowseAn eSIM is a digital SIM that is built into your phone. You can install a travel data plan without removing your physical SIM or visiting a shop. You need an unlocked phone that supports eSIM.
Support depends on the exact model, region of purchase and carrier. Look for “Add eSIM” in your cellular settings and confirm with your device manufacturer. Your phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked.
Yes. On a compatible dual-SIM phone, keep your home SIM for your number and select the travel eSIM for mobile data. WhatsApp keeps your existing number. Disable data roaming on your home SIM; calls and texts on it may still incur carrier charges.
Install on a stable Wi-Fi connection before you travel. Activation and validity rules vary by plan, so follow the instructions for the specific plan you choose.
Choose your destination, then compare data allowances and validity periods for your trip. Check the coverage and activation details before checkout, and make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
Open the QR code from your order confirmation or your dashboard, connect to Wi-Fi, and add it from your phone’s SIM settings. It takes a couple of minutes. Follow the iPhone or Android guide on this page for exact steps; each QR code can only be installed once.
Check three things: the Voyzim line is selected for mobile data, Data Roaming is switched on for the Voyzim line, and your plan is active in the dashboard. Then toggle airplane mode off and on. If the phone still shows no service, choose a network manually in your mobile network settings.
Most plans allow personal hotspot and tethering, and it uses your plan’s data allowance. Set the Voyzim line as your mobile data line first, then turn on the hotspot. Plans that restrict tethering say so on the destination page.
Validity starts the first time the eSIM connects to a partner network in a covered destination, not when you buy or install it. That means you can install at home before your trip without losing days.
For compatible plans that have not expired, you can add data from the dashboard without installing a new eSIM. Available top-ups and added validity depend on your eSIM; review the duration at checkout. Once a plan expires you buy a new plan instead.
Your connection simply stops; there are no overage charges. Connect to Wi-Fi, open the dashboard and add a top-up, and your order shows when the top-up has been added.
Unused, uninstalled eSIMs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Installed eSIMs that never connected because of a verified fault on our side are also refundable. Partially used or expired plans are not. Request a refund through the contact form with your order reference.
No. An eSIM profile installs on one device and the QR code is single-use. If you replace your phone during a trip, contact us with your order reference and we will look at a replacement profile.
Deleting the profile removes it permanently and the original QR code will not work again. Contact us with your order reference as soon as possible; where the plan is still valid we can usually issue a replacement.

Pick a country or a regional plan sized to your trip. Prices are shown up front and every plan is prepaid, so there is no bill waiting when you get home.
Your phone needs eSIM support and must be carrier-unlocked. The two checks in the compatibility section below take under a minute.
Scan the QR code from your order while you still have a solid connection. Installing does not start your plan, so there is no reason to wait until you land.
Turn on data roaming for the Voyzim line only and keep your home SIM for calls and texts. Your validity starts with that first connection.

Turn airplane mode on for ten seconds, then off. Make sure the Voyzim line is turned on and Data Roaming is enabled for it. If the phone still searches, choose a partner network manually under network selection.
Confirm the Voyzim line is selected for mobile data rather than your home SIM, then check the plan shows as active in your dashboard. A restart clears most remaining cases.
Partner networks can prioritise local traffic in busy places. Move location, switch between 5G and LTE, and check you still have data left on the plan.
Set the Voyzim line as your data line before enabling Personal Hotspot. If the option is greyed out, toggle the Voyzim line off and on again.
If you can see Add eSIM, your iPhone supports it.
