Seven short steps to add your Voyzim eSIM alongside your existing SIM, choose it for mobile data and switch it on when you land. Menu names vary a little between Samsung, Pixel and other brands, so we show the common ones.
Follow the steps in order. Each one takes a few seconds; the download in step three is the only wait.
Connect to Wi-Fi and open your SIM settings
Installing downloads a small profile from the network, so start on Wi-Fi. Samsung phones keep SIM settings under Connections → SIM manager; Pixel and most other brands under Network & internet → SIMs.
SettingsConnectionsSIM manager
On a Pixel the path is Settings → Network & internet → SIMs. If you cannot find either, search Settings for “eSIM”.
Tap Add eSIM
Look for Add eSIM, Add mobile plan or a plus button. If the phone offers to search for plans or transfer from another device, skip that and choose to scan a QR code instead.
Add eSIMScan QR code
Scan the QR code from your order
Point the camera at the code in your order confirmation email or under My eSIMs in your dashboard, ideally shown on another screen. If asked for a confirmation code, leave it blank unless your order says otherwise.
Only have one screen? Choose Enter code manually (or Need help?) and paste the activation code from your order.
Download and activate
Tap Add, Download or Activate depending on your phone. The profile installs in about a minute. Keep Wi-Fi connected and the screen on until you see it listed with your other SIM.
Name it “Voyzim”
Tap the new eSIM and rename it to Voyzim or Travel so you can tell the two lines apart in quick settings and in the status bar.
Set it as your mobile data SIM
Under Preferred SIMs or Mobile data, choose the Voyzim line. Keep Calls and SMS on your home SIM so your number keeps working and messaging apps are unaffected.

When you land, turn on data roaming for the Voyzim line
Open the Voyzim line and switch Data roaming on. Leave it off on your home SIM to avoid carrier charges. Your plan validity starts with this first connection, so install ahead of time without losing a day.

Samsung asks which SIM you mean at the top of the Mobile networks screen. Make sure Voyzim is selected before toggling roaming.
Menus vary by model and software version. If a step does not match your phone exactly, look for the equivalent option in your SIM settings — the order of steps stays the same.
Troubleshooting
Three problems cover almost every installation issue we see. Try these before getting in touch.
No signal
Toggle airplane mode on and off. Make sure the Voyzim line is switched on in SIM settings and data roaming is enabled for it. Still nothing? Open Mobile networks → Network operators, turn off automatic selection and choose a partner network by hand.
QR code will not scan
Brighten the screen showing the code and hold the phone still about 20 cm away. If it still fails, pick Enter code manually or Need help? on the scan screen and type the activation code from your order.
Installed but no data
Check that mobile data is set to the Voyzim line rather than your home SIM and that the plan is active in your dashboard. Turn the eSIM off and on, then restart the phone if needed.
